INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY PULSE SURVEY
Our first global Inclusion and Diversity pulse survey launched in February 2023.
All colleagues were given the opportunity to participate in a survey which focused on cultural indicators around inclusion. While we have work to do, the results showed that 85% of respondents feel that they can be themselves in our workplaces.

Flogas Powers Team Ireland for Paris 2024
Flogas Ireland is the Official Energy Partner of Team Ireland for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. They supported the team through sponsorship and launched the "Energy Behind the Athletes" campaign, which included a docuseries highlighting the athletes and their communities.
THE BUTAGAZ GROUP FOUNDATION
The Butagaz Group Foundation was created to help French people manage their own energy transition. It focuses on environmental and societal projects to help communities manage energy needs sustainably. The Foundation’s first project is a community partnership to renovate energy-intensive housing in Flers, a village in northern France.
