In our Exertis UK business we’re focused on optimisation and improvement in order to remain market-leading in technology distribution.

As part of this optimisation, we’re building an inclusive, celebratory and high-performance culture in which we invest in developing our people so they fulfil their full potential.

INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY PULSE SURVEY

Our first global Inclusion and Diversity pulse survey launched in February 2023.

All colleagues were given the opportunity to participate in a survey which focused on cultural indicators around inclusion. While we have work to do, the results showed that 85% of respondents feel that they can be themselves in our workplaces.
