Over my 8 years here, DCC have supported me in pursuing internal and external qualifications. Within the business, I’ve been a participant on a 9-month senior management development course and most recently I’ve started a part-time secondment with the transformation team which gives me exposure to new areas of the business. I’ve also had the opportunity to get Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and external Mentoring and Facilitator Qualifications.

I joined DCC through the graduate programme in 2012. During my time here, I’ve worked in various businesses. I started at Certas Energy UK as a Business Analyst and IT Project Manager, before moving to Exertis UK. I then joined DCC Vital as an IT Business Process Analyst and afterwards moved to DCC PLC as a Project Manager and Programme Manager. I gained experiences here that took me all over the world, before taking the role as Head of IT & Digital at Fuel Card Services and subsequently being promated to Head of Operations.
