We design, install and maintain on-site solar PV and energy systems for commercial and industrial customers across Europe. Through solar-as-a-service financing, battery storage, metering and energy efficiency consulting, we help customers reduce their energy costs and carbon emissions — and manage their transition to cleaner energy at their own pace.

We are bringing together solar and energy services businesses across Europe, helping customers take greater control of their power needs — complementing our existing fuel and gas business and allowing us to compete with traditional utility providers.
In France, where we have been consolidating since 2021, we hold 10–15% of the on-site solar market. We plan to grow this across more markets over the next five years.
