Our policies

Our Business Conduct Guidelines set out our commitment to high standards of business conduct. They provide practical guidance for employees of the DCC group on a range of areas including competition law, anti-bribery and the protection of personal information. We have more detailed policies in place in certain areas and make a number of these available on this site.

Our Business Conduct Guidelines outline the standards that are expected of directors, managers and employees across the Group in a range of areas, including anti-bribery and corruption, supply chain integrity, the protection of personal information and competition law.

The Guidelines also explain how employees can ask questions about compliance issues and raise concerns if they believe that something wrong is happening, including through a confidential and independent service available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

The Guidelines are available in all of the major languages used by employees of the Group. A copy of the Guidelines is provided to every employee when they join.

World’s Most Ethical Certification

Following an application made in late 2016, DCC was recognised by Ethisphere as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies® in 2017. This is the third year that DCC has achieved this certification. It reflects our commitment to high standards of business conduct and how that commitment is translated into practice through our compliance policies and procedures.
