Our HGV customer journeys are more efficient, saving them time and energy.
DCC Energy supports the transport industry by keeping businesses moving. SNAP is part of Certas Roadside Services and connects haulage fleets to their service partner network through technology and security.
SNAP’s digital marketplace enhances efficiency for hauliers – streamlining fleet operations by reducing costs, saving time and improving usage and cost visibility for fleet managers. The SNAP Account offering is a simple-to-use system which hauliers can use to pay for a range of services including parking, washing, fuel and the Dartford Crossing.
Recognising vehicle registration numbers, SNAP removes the need for drivers to carry cash or keep track of receipts, as well as offering operators dynamic control over which vehicles are allowed to use various services as well as how often. Using only vehicle registration details, fleet operators receive a single consolidated invoice, itemising all services utilised each week.
SNAP drivers can access over 460+ parking and washing service partners across the UK and Europe - with roughly 10 new locations joining the network every month. The comprehensive SNAP Network reduces detour mileage for fleets, providing cost and environmental benefits to the hauliers.

Using our SNAP Account Depot Parking system, an additional 600,000 secure spaces have been opened to truck drivers.
SNAP Access & Security blends tailored security products and market expertise to protect the people, vehicles, and contents within haulage business premises across the continent.
From the loading bay to a driver's overnight stay, the intruck app has truck driver's backs. SNAP released intruck in 2018 to help drivers find truck parking and washing locations across Europe - with options to book spaces at SNAP Depot Parking sites.
Certas Energy’s Roadside Services division is leading the way in developing innovative solutions to benefit the haulage sector.
We are innovating with energy through our digital SNAP service. It shows our confidence in the growth of our HGV mobility business, where biofuels such as HVO and bio Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) will be the key pathway towards full decarbonisation (e.g. electrification or hydrogen) over the next decade or more.
